1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, invoices, accessories, and packaging are intact.

  • The return request is submitted within the eligible return period.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered products.

  • Products with missing tags or original packaging.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Include:

    • Reason for Return

    • Clear photos of the product (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Please do not send products back without our confirmation.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by us, we may arrange a replacement or provide appropriate return instructions.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not caused by our error (where accepted), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

5. Product Inspection

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to verify its condition.

If the product meets our return eligibility requirements, we will process your refund or replacement.

If the returned product does not qualify under this policy, it may be sent back to the customer.
